Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs
What size of driveway do I need for a repair?
Ideally, a double driveway of five to six metres is best, but we can often work on smaller spaces with a canopy.
Do I need to provide anything for you to carry out the repair?
Just a standard 240V power socket. We bring all tools, paint, and protective equipment with us.
Can you work if it is raining or bad weather?
Yes. We use a portable canopy and covers to protect both your car and your property during the repair.
How do you protect my driveway or surrounding area from paint spray?
We put down protective sheets and use precision spray guns designed to minimise overspray.
Can you match the exact colour of my car?
Yes. We use spectrometer technology to create an exact colour match, mixed on-site from our mobile system.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are completed within two to four hours, depending on the damage.
Can you repair larger dents or accident damage?
We usually repair dents up to the size of a fist. Larger or heavily creased dents may require a body shop.
What types of damage can you repair?
We fix dents, scratches, bumper scuffs, paintwork chips, and light to moderate panel damage.
Do I need to bring my car to you?
No. We are fully mobile and carry out all repairs at your home or workplace.
What type of paint do you use?
We use professional-grade automotive paints mixed on-site with a spectrometer system for a precise colour match.
How do I get a quote?
Send us photos of the damage, and we will provide an initial estimate. We then visit your home to confirm the quote.
Can you repair colour-coded plastic bumpers?
Yes. We can repair and repaint most plastic bumpers, restoring them to a like-new finish.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Didcot, Abingdon, Wallingford, Oxford, Wantage, and surrounding villages in South Oxfordshire.
How do you ensure a smooth finish?
We sand, fill, prime, and polish the repaired area to blend seamlessly with the rest of the panel.
